REFORMER STUDIO
REFORMER FUNDAMENTALS
Our Fundamentals class is suitable for all levels of fitness. This class is our open level class using the reformer machine. It is designed to focus on alignment, posture and technique and is a great class to learn fundamental pilates principles. Take it at a slower pace and you will still feel the challenge.
REFORMER PILATES
Take it up an extra notch! Building upon what you have learnt in the fundamentals class, this class is designed to challenge your technique with more complex sequencing. This is a fun & faster paced class that will lead to long, lean and toned muscles. *Not suitable for pre-natal clients
REFORMER STRETCH
Reward your body & mind with our Stretch & Flow class. This stretch class is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates & stretching techniques. The stretch class includes breath work & allows you to lengthen & stretch deeper into your muscles, while improving flexibility & posture. Suitable for all ages & experience.
REFORMER ALL LEVELS (KID FRIENDLY)
We all know how difficult it is to exercise & get a little ME break with our little bundles of joy or our toddler terrors! Bring them along to our kid friendly class with their pram, small playpen, a few toys or an iPad. We are all parents & we all understand!
FUNCTIONAL STUDIO
PILATES POWER
Looking to tone & sculpt your body? With fast paced, continuous and flowing movements this class will have your heart rate at an all time high. Challenging not only every muscle in your body but also your mind. Imagine all the core principles of pilates & barre but with a little extra spice. *Not suitable for pre-natal clients.
BOXING CIRCUIT
Boxing Circuit is the perfect fusion of boxing combinations, cardio bursts, light strength intervals and pilates movements. This class will lift your heart rate, push your mental barriers and give you those post exercise endorphins. *Not suitable for pre-natal clients
SCULPT CIRCUIT
Test your strength and endurance in this 45 minute circuit burner. Incorporating heavier weights including dumbbells, kettlebells & medicine balls to build lean muscle mass. This class will take your strength goals & your heart rate to the next level. *Not suitable for pre-natal clients
RECONNECT
Recovering your body is just as important as the workout! Allow your mind, body & soul to release & reconnect. A fusion of yoga, breath-work, stretching & meditation in this full body relaxation class. This class will ensure that your nervous system finds the off switch.
